This is the second part of the Christmas special for 2015 that I did earlier this month for the daily sketch. I finished the flat color and some of the textures for this. Here, Trigger has become trapped by an avalanche of snow, immobilizing him in a snow drift, due to Joey's careless snowblowing so Joey decided while he was immobile to tickle his feet and have some fun with the hillbilly possum! Zipper is freaking out at this sight because he knows Joey will be destroyed by Trigger once he gets free of the snow drift and pummels the naive wallaby in a rage. What he doesn't know is that this doesn't happen because Trigger is always nicer around Christmas, in the spirit of the holiday. Poor Trigger. His feet are really soft and really ticklish! I am thrilled with the final flat color result! I think I really nailed the colors, the poses, expressions, the cuteness and the textures, as well as perspective. What do you think?
